CUSTOMS, DUTIES, ETC - KMW will not be responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or duties payments after the carrier has picked up the package.
Orders will only be shipped after credit card payment has cleared.
KMW cannot deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes.
KMW holds the right to refuse shipment on any order.
Once the carrier has picked up an order, the customer will assume responsibility for any items lost or damaged while in transit.
GUARANTEE
KMW products are hand made in very small batches. Some slight variations will occur from piece to piece. But we still guarantee that all our products are free from workmanship and material defects for six months. We will accept a return for defective items for a full refund provided you have proof of purchase from Kicking Mule Workshop. Refunds will made on the credit card that originally purchased the item. If you purchased the product from one of our valued retailers please return the item to the shop that you purchased them from.

RETURNS
Items returned within the 14 day window of receipt will be eligible for exchange or store credit.
KMW does not offer refunds.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement as all credit card companies handle refunds differently.
